Having your catering equipment serviced on a regular basis will help to ensure that you extend the lifetime of the equipment, give you better equipment results and less down time and, in most cases, minimise the lifetime cost of the equipment.

We currently offer two types of planned preventative maintenance contract each with a different service level agreement.

Premier Type – Service Contract “A”.

You decide how many PPM visits you want, these visits will be carried out at pre-arranged intervals over the 12 month period contract period.

Your contract will include:

  • Detailed list of the equipment covered by the contract, including model & serial number where available
  • Confirmation of the price you will be charged per visit
  • Confirmation of the number of machine inspections you are paying for
  • Schedule of a thorough inspection of all equipment to be carried out
  • Confirmation that an electrical insulation and earth continuity check will be carried out where appropriate
  • Confirmation that a gas safety checks will be carried out to the current gas regulations where appropriate and a gas safety certificate will be issued

Following a service visit replacement parts or other repairs may be needed. We will provide you with a written estimate to allow you to make a decision.

Premier Type – Service Contract “B”.

You commit to having 2 PPM visits at 6 monthly intervals, these visits will be carried out at pre-arranged times over the 12 month period contract period. This is a labour inclusive contract, and you only pay for parts, unless caused by mis-use, operator error or scale, as per our terms and conditions.

Your contract will include:

  • Detailed list of the equipment covered by the contract, including model & serial number where available
  • Confirmation of the annual cost of the service contract
  • Schedule of a thorough inspection of all equipment will be carried out
  • Confirmation that an electrical insulation check to be carried out
  • Confirmation that an electrical insulation and earth continuity check will be carried out
  • Confirmation that a gas safety checks will be carried out to the current gas regulations and gas safety certificate issued
  • Confirmation that you will only have to pay for equipment parts following any breakdowns after each service visit has been carried out
    • i.e. this is a labour inclusive contract, and you only pay for parts, unless caused by mis-use, operator error or scale, as per our terms and conditions.

Health & Safety

All Preventative Maintenance Services will comply with current Health & Safety regulations.

Priority

We give priority to our contract customers if a breakdown should happen between visits.
